next two years hope to be able to run low 15 5k sub 930 3200m and 4:20 1600m

olympic trails either in 5k 1500m or 10k want to do this for my dad because he always told me to never stop believing in myself and keep pushing for my dreams

Personal:

I am a sophmore in college studying to be a nurse i have a devoted girlfriend who i love with all my heart, i have an autistic older brother who is at home with my grandparents, my dad passed from cancer two years ago and my mother lives in colorado after her and dad divorced and has since remarried, i am here to get advice on training to help me improve and seek to help others as well.

Coach had us do 4 miles easy then we did 22x200 I averaged around 37 for each one. each one had a minute jog rest in between, then weights and 4 easy miles the later part of the morning.

Welcome to the blog! Are your times for 5 K, 1600 and 3200 from around the same time and the same level of fitness? 5K seems to be a good minute slower than what I would expect from the 3200. What is your best 800? What kind of training have you done in the past?

that 5k was during cross of senior year, the 3200m and 1600m was during the spring of senior year. Basically 50-60 miles lots of intervals such as 400m 800m and my 800m pr is 2:14.
