next two years hope to be able to run low 15 5k sub 930 3200m and 4:20 1600m

olympic trails either in 5k 1500m or 10k want to do this for my dad because he always told me to never stop believing in myself and keep pushing for my dreams

Personal:

I am a sophmore in college studying to be a nurse i have a devoted girlfriend who i love with all my heart, i have an autistic older brother who is at home with my grandparents, my dad passed from cancer two years ago and my mother lives in colorado after her and dad divorced and has since remarried, i am here to get advice on training to help me improve and seek to help others as well.

Derek:

Saw your post on the forum about mileage/training. Need to see more details to be able to comment. However, looking at your PRs looks like your 5K has a severe drop compared to 3200, that is unusual.

Another important question is your 400/800 speed. If you do not have an actual PR, can you give me an estimate based on your workouts what you think yo could run in those?
